"I ordered 2 different pairs of eyeglasses from Kits; 1 pair of progressives and 1 pair of progressive sunglasses. I did not have glasses previously and went solely on the virtual try-on to decide style and size. First off, both prescriptions were spot on. It took a while to get used to the prescription, but nothing out of the ordinary. I love my Spruce frames! I had to fiddle with the nose pads a bit for them to sit low enough and I may adjust the arms a bit because they slide a teeny bit (really very little, but I can soak them in hot water to make the adjustment, so easy to try to make it a bit better). I also love the Garibaldi’s. They are so light and very comfortable, but they are slightly less wide than the Spruce frames, and it may be enough of a difference that I need to replace them. But, I have chatted with Kits about that and they really have no issue if I decide to replace them. Overall, service was incredibly quick and they have been very easy to deal with as far as after care. And direct billing to my insurance was zero hassle! For anyone looking for new glasses, I would highly recommend checking out Kits.ca after having such an awesome experience!"
